A Brief History of Continuum...
Over 50 years ago Emilie Conrad originated the brilliant somatic method of Continuum Movement, and that organization is thriving still. Emilie asked Donnalea Van Vleet Goelz to steward the organization into the future and many CM teachers are continuing the work within the organization. As well, many excellent teachers are creating organizations based on their work with Continuum. The Continuum Association is a resource for bringing our worldwide community together under one umbrella.
